Budget Vote PSA

Students in the North Babylon High School Television Broadcasting class recently produced an exclusive interview with Superintendent of Schools Dr. Kenneth Graham to discuss the upcoming school budget vote and a change in the polling location. Under the guidance of their teacher James Avila, the student-led production showcased their skills both on and off camera. Ayden Sproul was the on-air interviewer, while Myriam Abbas worked the switchboard, Gabriel Rivera ran the sound/teleprompter, Joshua Castelli produced the graphics and Milani Russell and Kasey Ferris were operating the camera.

Parliament Place Welcomes Farmer Jason of Green Meadows Farm

On Friday, April 25th the Kindergarten and First grade classes in Parliament Place welcomed Farmer Jason of Green Meadows Farm. He provided a hands on program featuring frogs, bugs, reptiles, chickens, bunnies and even a chinchilla. All of the children were able to pet and learn fun facts about these animals and their characteristics. Farmer Jason even engaged the students with music and puppetry. It was a fantastic day!!
